Spent the weekend (28-29 June) with Rogue Gene in Addingham. The event was hosted and sponsored by member Tony Broadbent, who also laid on rucks of free Artois. It was a great weekend which saw John Boyle, Kosana Marton, Aitch, Mike Finley, TB, Amanda Hunt and myself all under one roof. Andrea farmer was sadly not able to attend. John Boyle uses and endorses Buckfast sherry (ignore what it says on the label). It's the first time I've allowed my carry out to be drunk by the Scottish. In my defense my granny used to endorse it too as a night cap. Although she only had a nip not two bottles. I had to drink it quick though, Kos had her eye on it!! Looking forward to the next one.

Best drunk chilled from a pewter goblet......tie yourself to the stool for the second bottle.
You can make your own variant of Buckfast (Fast Buck / Fuck Bast) by adding a bottle of Buttercup Syrup to a litre of Harvey's Bristol Cream.
